Mindy is an enthusiastic relationship builder with over 27 years of wide-ranging experience in Houston nonprofits. Her background includes meeting and exceeding fundraising goals in the arts, private and higher education, as well as animal welfare organizations. As Director of Development, she initiates and advances relationships with individuals, foundations, and corporations to secure funding for strategic initiatives. She brings her love of the outdoors and her desire to continue building accessible greenspaces for Houstonians.

Mindy graduated with a BA from Texas Christian University and an MA from the University of Florida with a degree in American Politics and a certification in political campaign management. She enjoys exploring the Bayou Greenways on bicycle, traveling, walking dogs, and is an avid SCUBA diver.
