Capital Projects Manager

Khaled is dedicated to ensuring that Houston’s parks are accessible, enjoyable, and meet the community’s needs. In his role at HPB, Khaled oversees the development and renovation of parks to serve all Houstonians. With a background in construction management, he brings a strong expertise in executing complex projects and delivering high-quality results. Before joining the team, Khaled served as a construction manager at Tetra Tech, where he honed his skills in infrastructure development.

Khaled holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo. When he’s not at work, you can find him exploring Houston’s parks, swimming, or discovering new hiking trails.
