Amanda is a contemporary cartographer who creates and analyzes geographic data to map greenspaces and connections throughout Houston. Through computerized mapping, she displays complex ideas in tangible form to visualize the potential of our city’s parks and trails. An environmentalist at heart with a background in civil engineering, Amanda brings 14 years of experience to her role as Sr GIS Manager. An avid traveler, her love of geography has taken her from hiking in the Rockies to snorkeling in the Caribbean.
