Houston Parks Board Rising Leaders is a group of passionate and diverse individuals actively supporting our mission to create, improve, protect, and advocate for parks for everyone. Rising Leaders are enthusiastic greenspace ambassadors that aim to deepen connections between people and parks, and raise awareness of Houston Parks Board by taking part in opportunities such as:

• Supporting park and Greenway engagement and activation

• Increasing awareness of Houston Parks Board and its impact

• Growing a diverse network of park advocates and donors

• Participating in volunteer and conservation opportunities

• Connecting through social networks

• Attending networking events
