University Bridge & 100th BCycle Station Ribbon Cutting

Join Houston Parks Board, Mayor Sylvester Turner, and Houston BCycle on Friday, November 22 to celebrate the new University Pedestrian Bridge at the University of Houston and BCycle’s 100th bike share station in MacGregor Park.

As part of Bayou Greenways 2020, the new University Pedestrian Bridge serves as an important connection between the University of Houston to MacGregor Park. Running parallel to Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and the METRO Rail Purple Line, the pedestrian/bike bridge is an essential link for the Brays Bayou Greenway.

This event is in partnership with Houston Parks Board, Houston BCycle, Houston Parks - HPARD, Texas Department of Transportation, Harris County Flood Control District, Harris County Precinct One, and the University of Houston.

Time: 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM
