The amount of your donation is up to you, and your gift will be credited at closing. Parent companies may demonstrate their commitment to the community by matching their employee's donations.
We make it easy for you to let clients know about your personal commitment with a beautifully designed Green Realtor card for you to give them at closings. You’ll also gain public visibility by being recognized on the Houston Park Board website, in our Annual Report, and in other public information. It’s a great way to show your personal investment in Houston’s future.

It has been our privilege to receive gifts from our leading partners via different procedures, two of which are explained below as examples.
Martha Turner Properties participating Realtors donate a discretionary dollar amount out of their commission at closing, which Martha Turner Properties then matches. Martha Turner Properties internally maintains the accounting of these gifts and writes a check to the Houston Parks Board annually.
We have also been honored to receive $250 per unit closing from Pelican Builders Highland Tower project. Pelican Builders has chosen to have their title company process the gift at closing and mail a check to the Houston Parks Board.
