The festival is promoted city-wide through 15+ social media pages, websites, news media coverage, retail posters, banners and 5,000+ print invitations. Other organizations and local businesses also help promote the event through their networks.

Wristbands required for festival entry/event activities (ages 2+) are $10 in advance or $15 at the door. They will be sold by the Friends of Oak Forest Park in October. Souvenir trick or treat buckets are included with advance sales and at the event while they last.
